Aalu Matar Ki Tahiri:
Rice 2 cups
Potatoes 3-4
Tomatoes 3-4
Green peas 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1-1/2 tsp
Fresh Coriander 1/4 cup
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Red Chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Whole all spice 1 tbsp
onion ½ cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Green chilies 4-5
Oil main garam masala add karen phr adrak lehsan k sath aloo add karen sath hi pisa masala adrak lehsan or aloo gala ln phr tamatar matar add kar k pakan or masala bhoon k pani dal dn sath hi salt or chawal dal k paka ln phr hari mirch add kar k dum dn or hara dhanya mix kar k serve Karen

Shaljam Gosht:
white turnip (peeled & cubed) ½ kg
Mutton boiled ½ kg
Fried onions 2
Lemons 2
Chopped green chilies 4
Chopped coriander leaves as required
Oil 1/2 cup
Yogurt ½ cup
Turmeric 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 2 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
In a pan add mutton, ghee, Ginger garlic paste sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Add onion, turnip, turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, salt and 1/2 cup of hot water and till ghee is separated.
Add yogurt, all spice powder cook well. Add 4 chopped green chilies, chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice.
