Mutton Masala Kaleji:

Ingredients

Chopped mutton liver 750 gm
Cinnamon 1 stick
Cloves 2-3
Oil ¾ cup
Boiled and blended onion 1
Blended tomatoes 2
Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
Chopped green chilies 3
Chili powder ½ tsp
Qorma masala 2 tbsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Roasted & crushed cumin ½ tsp
Roasted & crushed coriander 1 tsp
All spice powder ½ tsp
Button red chilies 4
Yogurt 1 cup
Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Sambal oleak 1 tbsp
Coconut milk ½ tin
Chopped coriander for garnishing
Chopped green chilies for garnishing

METHOD

• Heat oil, add boiled and blended onion. Fry for 5 minutes.
• Add ginger garlic, cinnamon, cloves blended tomatoes and fry well.
• Add seasonings with yogurt and fry well.
• Add liver, fry for 10 minutes.
• Lastly add coconut milk, coriander, green chilies and salt, cook for 10 minutes.
• Garnish with coriander leaves and green chilies.
• serve with roti, paratha or nan.
