Makhadi Halwa:
Semolina 1 cup
Milk 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Clarified butter ½ cup
Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Almonds and walnuts for garnish
Soak semolina in milk for 15mins. In a pot add ghee sugar and cook until sugar dissolves then add the soaked semolina and cook until ghee separates then add cardamom powder then cook for 5 more min until it leaves the pan , garnish with nuts and serve.

Hara Masala Fish:
Fish 1 kg
Green onions 500 gm
Tomatoes 3
Yogurt 200 gm
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Ginger chopped 1-1/2tbsp
Green chili chopped 2 tbsp
Dill 1 tbsp
Curry leaves 10
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Fenugreek 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Crushed red chili ½ tsp
Red chili powder ½ tsp
Oil 1 cup
Salt to taste
In a wide pot add oil crackle fenugreek seeds and mustard seeds then add ginger garlic and green onions chopped sauté for 2mins then add tomatoes, curry leaves ,yogurt, salt, red chili powder and crushed both and chopped green chilies stir it well once oil is separated place fish sprinkle dill cover and cook until fish is done serve with steamed rice or naan

Foil Roast Chicken:
Chicken 1 kg
Oil for fry
For marinate:
Yogurt 1 cup
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Crushed red chilies ½ tbsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Cumin crushed ½ tbsp
Nutmeg & mace powder ½tsp
Vinegar 1-1/2 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
Fry chicken until it gets nice golden color on it
Then in a mixing bowl add all the ingredients of marination and marinade the chicken for at least an hour
Cover the chicken with aluminum foil and steam for about 30mins or until chicken is tender

Chapli katakat:
Chapli kabab 1 packet
Onion chopped 1
Tomatoes chopped 2
Green chilies chopped 4
Butter 2 ounce
Oil 1/4 cup
Ginger garlic chopped ½ tbsp
Yogurt 3 tbsp
Crushed coriander & cumin 1tbsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Crushed red chilies ½ tsp
All spice ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Coriander leaves for garnish
On a pan sauté onion ginger garlic in oil then add tomatoes add all the spices then add chapli kabab yogurt and chop with spoon then add green chilies and butter mix garnish with coriander leaves and serve
