Smoked Chicken Pasta Salad Recipe | Shireen Anwar


METHOD:

Heat ¼ cup oil, add chicken, fry for 2 mins, add crushed ginger, sliced onion, fry for 2 mins, add carrot julienne, lemon juice, spring onion, basil leaves, ½ cup water and thai red curry paste, fry well, add in sambal oleak, soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, pinch of turmeric, siracha sauce, chicken powder, coconut cream, if required add salt. Soak rice noodles for 30 mins.

TO SERVE:

Pour half the curry in a serving bowl, then the noodles, keep layering till all done and serve.
