Chicken Chow Mein:
Ingredients:
Boiled noodles 1 cup
Chicken ingredients:
Chicken 250 grams
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt as required
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Chopped ginger 1 tsp
Carrot ½ cup
Cabbage ¾ cup
Spring onion ½ cup
Capsicums 1
Sauce ingredients:
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Chicken stock 1 cup
White pepper 1 tsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tsp
Water as required
Method:
• In chicken add garlic paste, soy sauce and leave it for some time.
• Now in a pan heat oil and fry garlic and ginger.
• Then add chicken and sauté it.
• After this add all the vegetables.
• Add sauces and the rest of the ingredients alongside noodles; mix it well.
• Finally garnish it with green onion and serve it.
