Sarson Ka Saag:

Ingredients:
Mustard leaves 2 kg
White goosefoot leaves 1 kg
Fenugreek leaves ½ kg
Garlic (whole) 1
Ginger 25 gm
Green chilies 50 gm
Butter 200 gm
Corn flour ½ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger (chopped) 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 2 tsp
Oil as required

Method:
In a pot add mustard leaves, white goosefoot leaves and green chilies. Boil it well. Once it gets tender add corn flour and salt. Dissolve it well. Then hear oil and fry ginger and garlic. Now add red chili flakes and mustard leaves mixture. Cook well. Then place it in a dish and add butter on top. Lastly temper with ginger and serve hot.

Bhuna Gosht:

Ingredients:
Beef (boiled) ½ kg
Yogurt 250 gm
Onions 2
Green chilies 4
Tomatoes ½ kg
Oil 1 cup
Fresh coriander ½ bunch
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Cumin 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Salt 1 ½ tsp

Method:
In a wok heat oil and fry the onions. Then add ginger garlic paste, coriander seeds, cumin, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili flakes and salt. Cook well. Now add boiled beef and tomatoes. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes. Then add yogurt and cook properly for 5 minutes. Also add lemon juice, green chilies, fresh coriander, black pepper powder and all spice powder. Lastly serve hot.

Ghurh Walay Chawal:

Ingredients:
Rice ½ kg
Jaggery 750 gm
Coconut (grinded) 1 packet
Raisins 100 gm
Coconut 2 tbsp
Water 1 cup

Method:
First wash the rice. Then add the water in the rice and cook until it is tender completely. Now add jaggery, raisins and grinded coconut. Cook well. Lastly dish out and garnish with coconut. Serve hot.
